Free samples are available for standard products, but customers are responsible for the shipping cost per shipment. Custom samples may incur a fee due to mold creation or functional adjustments. This fee can be deducted from the purchase price if a bulk order is subsequently placed.

Yes. Logos can be customized via screen printing or laser engraving. You must provide a clear vector file of the logo along with size and color specifications. Customization fees are calculated based on the process and order volume. Bulk orders may qualify for logo customization fee waivers.

Yes. Appearance customization includes body color and material options. Functionality can be added or removed based on requirements—e.g., adding health data tracking to smart litter boxes or multi-pet recognition to feeders. Specific customization proposals must be submitted for feasibility assessment by our R&D team.

We implement a “full-process quality control system.” This includes incoming inspection of raw materials (food-grade ABS/304 stainless steel), mechanical precision calibration during production, smart module debugging, and 15 reliability tests before shipment—such as 168-hour continuous operation and leak/pinch prevention checks—to guarantee product compliance.
