I. Auxiliary Component Inspection

  • Test sealing of auxiliary components to ensure no air leaks.
  • Conduct compression rebound testing on silicone rings (rebound rate ≥90%).
  • Run motor for 30 minutes under power to measure rotational speed stability and noise level (≤45dB).
  • Weigh desiccant packets to verify moisture absorption meets standards.

II. Integrated Testing

  • Simulate pet usage scenarios to trigger sensors and verify automatic responses.
  • Test remote control via app and data synchronization.
  • Inspect sealing integrity by simulating tipping actions to ensure compliance with standards.

III. Reliability Testing

  • Conduct 168-hour continuous operation testing.
  • Perform 5,000 anti-pinch trigger tests.
  • Conduct leakage protection testing (insulation resistance ≥10MΩ).
  • Pass high/low temperature tests (-10°C to 45°C).
  • Conduct 1.2m drop tests.
  • Complete compliance testing per CE and FCC standards.

IV. Packaging Inspection
