Core Processes for Smart Pet Products

As a manufacturer of smart pet products and a capable ODM/OEM factory, our first step involves developing scenario-specific feasibility solutions and assessing their implementation within software systems. Concurrently, we handle hardware R&D and integration, precision structural design, and quality inspection processes. We provide one-stop, cutting-edge high-tech services.

Design and Development
Design and Development

Integrate pet behavior and user requirements to complete 3D designs for mechanical structures and smart module layouts, producing a full set of engineering drawings. Clearly mark material parameters, assembly tolerances (≤0.1mm), and safety standards to provide a basis for subsequent stages. 3D print core component prototypes using ABS/PP materials to validate structural fit and functional feasibility. Develop injection molds for the main body and internal components with mold precision tolerances ≤0.05mm; create corresponding stamping dies for metal parts to ensure consistent forming.

Injection Molding of Parts
Injection Molding of Parts

Heat pretreated ABS pellets to 200-230°C, inject into molds under high pressure, and demold after 10-15 seconds cooling. Deburr and polish molded parts to ensure smooth edges without sharp points, controlling critical dimensional tolerances within ±0.1mm to meet assembly requirements.

Auxiliary Component Prep
Auxiliary Component Prep

Encapsulate activated carbon filter cartridges (filling volume tolerance ≤5%). Press leak-proof silicone rings (Shore hardness 60-70). Assemble brushless motors with helical drive shafts, testing transmission smoothness to prevent stuttering. Produce desiccant packets tailored for moisture protection in sand storage compartments.

Modular Assembly
Modular Assembly

Conduct three parallel operations:

- Mechanical team assembles motors and transmission systems;
- Electrical team installs smart modules and power supplies;
- Structural team integrates chassis and internal components.

Each team conducts self-inspection upon completion:

- Mechanical team verifies transmission coaxiality;
- Electrical team tests circuit continuity.

Assembly & Integration
Assembly & Integration

Integrate mechanical, electrical, and structural modules. Install auxiliary components like filter cartridges and silicone seals. Conduct full-function commissioning: calibrate weight sensors (±50g accuracy), test cycles, verify sealing performance, and ensure normal operation.

Reliability Testing
Reliability Testing

Conduct 168-hour continuous operation testing, trigger tests, and leakage protection checks (insulation resistance ≥10MΩ). Pass high/low temperature (-10°C to 45°C) and 1.2m drop tests. Complete compliance testing per CE and FCC standards, issuing qualification reports.

Electroplate
Electroplate

The glass bottle electroplating process usually consists of cleaning, conductive layer coating, and electroplating. The glass bottle coated with a conductive layer is placed in an electrolytic cell and connected to the cathode of the power supply (as the negative electrode of electroplating), and the anode usually uses a metal plate (such as a chromium plate, a nickel plate, etc.). During the power-on process, the metal ions in the electroplating solution will move to the cathode under the action of the electric field and be reduced to metal deposition on the conductive coating of the glass bottle to form a plating layer.
